US-based cryptocurrency exchange, Coinbase, is making a lot of news lately. Recently the crypto giant has listed a suite of enterprise level products and services, such as Coinbase Pro, and has taken on a slew of altcoins to bolster their listings.
Recently reported, Coinbase had made the announcement that 0x (ZRX) will be listed on their premier exchange platform, Coinbase Pro, with the coin to be adopted by its other services. Starting now, ZRX will find support on Coinbase.com, plus the company’s Android and iOS apps. ZRX has been riding the original announcement of being listed on Coinbase Pro, and seeing tremendous gains. The news has seen the altcoin jump more than 15% over the last week.
Coinbase.com used to be limited to trading, storing and receiving Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Ethereum Classic (ETC) And Litecoin (LTC), however clients can now engage with those investment services with ZRX. There are limitations though, as UK and New York residents are excluded due to regulatory issues. Coinbase is ready to extend them services as soon as the regulatory framework has been setup.
Coinbase has amended its listing policy back in September, where they have begun allowing their clients to choose which cryptocurrency they will like to be on the platform. While the listing has an open door policy, altcoins still have to maintain the standards set by Coinbase and local authorities,
