Justin Sun of Tron Says Satoshi Showed Interest in Project Atlas

Founder and CEO of Tron Foundation, Justin Sun released on social media that the pseudonymous creator of Bitcoin, Satoshi Nakamoto, has interest in Tron’s secret project, Atlas.

Sun revealed Atlas, on July 30. Every Tron enthusiasts had been prepared for its release for quite some time, most speculating that the BitTorrent acquisition would play a major role.

The CEO of Tron Foundation posted on his twitter:
“It seems that Satoshi Nakamoto himself was interested in joining our Atlas project since Nov. 03 2008.”
Satoshi has pointed towards BitTorrent in one of his mailing list as a network large enough to give transferrable PoW token a monetary value.
The acquisition of BitTorrent by Tron Foundation has given the Tron network more than 150 million active users, leading Tron to give itself the moniker of ‘largest decentralized Internet ecosystems in the world’.
Tron’s Project Atlas is making move to enhance the BitTorrent protocol by making it more efficient and lengthen the lifespan of BitTorrent swarms. With the Atlas project a combination of both BitTorrent and Tron actions have already been taken. The project’s initial phase has been finalized and a route map for the next three months has been charted out. More information regarding the project will be revealed by on the 31st of August.
Justin Sun believes that Project Atlas will allow Tron to overtake Ethereum to become the most impactful blockchain platform worldwide. Sun went on to say:
“Starting from today, Tron will enter a new phase of expanding our current ecosystem. We are grateful for what we have achieved in the past and we are looking forward to seeing what the future holds for us.”
